Window Frame Widths
Windows can now support different frame widths for side 1 and side 2.
The default setting is for the family to rely on the Frame_Width (Type Parameter). This happens when both Frame_Side_1_Width and Frame_Side_1_Width are set to zero.
When either is changed to anything but zero, both of these parameters override the Frame_Width parameter. This means you can also now have a window without a frame down one side or alternatively, you can have a window with a thicker frame for a corner.
